As we all know, after we give our class 10 board exams, we face the biggest decision in our life: Which stream to choose? So the same thing happened to me after I completed class 10. I scored 9.8 CGPA in class 10 and l chose PCM stream after discussing with family and well-wishers as they all agreed to the point that there are many fields available for PCM students.
After clearing class 12 with average percentage the time came when I faced the biggest decision in my life: Now what? Which course? Which college?
I gave a deep thought about what I actually like, what are my areas of interest and finally I decided to go for BTech.
Every student wants to study in a good engineering college with a great placement record. But how do we get this??
JEE Mains is the exam for getting admission in any engineering college. The JEE is one of the toughest exams and students can prepare for this by taking coaching from any good JEE coaching centre, but self-study matters the most. Students who get good ranks in JEE get top ranking colleges. Unfortunately my performance was not that good but instead of taking drop of one year and prepare again for JEE, I decided to go to private college.
College selection is one of the most important decisions because your whole future depends on your college placement.
As I got admission in Sagar Institute of Research and Technology (SIRT), Bhopal, a new journey of my life started. Everything was new. I felt like I was in a new world. Nobody knows you, you have to make friends, and you have to handle each and everything alone.
I made so many friends in my college. Making friends during your college life is very important not only for having fun but also for having support, confidence, and guidance.
You also need to make connections with facilities so that they help you during the time of placements. I am in BE third year now and I am already preparing for a good offer from a reputed company in the placement process next year. To be able to make wise decisions regarding your education, you must have a clear image of what you want to do in future so that you can achieve it accordingly. College placement is very important so choose wisely.
