Engineering Colleges accepting WBJEE for B.Tech in India

Yes, the Techno BIT offers a full-time BTech programme at the undergraduate level. The course duration is four years, and it is divided into eight semesters. Student can choose from different engineering specilaisations offered by the institute.  

College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat (CEMK) is a government-aided Engineering institute,  located in Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant Township of West Bengal Power Development Corporation,  Kolaghat, West Bengal. Established in 1998, CEMK is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, formerly known as WBUT. The selection process for the BTech course at FIEM Delhi includes relevant scores of the entrance exam, JEE Mains/WBJEE. Before being admitted to the course, applicants are required to complete their minimum eligibility criteria; that is, applicants must complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 45% and must have studied Physics, Mathematics, and English as one of their main subjects and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Technical Vocational as an additional subject.

• 80% of seats are filled by qualified WBJEE candidates.
• 10% of seats are filled by qualified JEE (Main) candidates.
• 10% of seats are allocated under a Management Quota for candidates with valid WBJEE or JEE (Main) rank cards.

 

44 students can do B.Tech at West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences. The reservations of seats SC-22%, ST-6%, OBC-A-10%, OBC-B-7%, ICAR Nominee-15%, Person with Disability (PwD)-5%, GTA- 01 seat in each course.

West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences BTech admissions are based on WBJEE Score/ JEE Main Score. The application process for WBJEE commenced on December 28, 2023. Candidates can register for WBJEE 2024 on their official website.
