Students can choose any specialisation according to their intrests. The final cut off will be released according to the seat intake and applications. Different departments of BTech will have different cut offs. 

Yes, PIET (Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology) accepts JEE Mains for admission to the B.Tech program. Admissions to B.Tech are based on valid scores of JEE Main. PIET also offers admission to 25% of its seats through the management quota, which does not require JEE Mains.
