The total tuition fee for MTech at NIT Surathkal ranges between INR 1.4 lakh - INR 2.8 lakh and for NIT Trichy it ranges between INR 1.4 lakh - INR 3.6 lakh. The total tuition fees to complete M.Tech offered by IIT Dharwad range from INR 10000 to INR 20000. This fee is applicable for a duration of two years. Other than this fee structure also includes other fees such as one-time fees, etc.

The admission to the M.Tech programme at Jain Deemed-to-be University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, is based on entrance score.
