LDCE Ahmedabad is one of the eminent institute. It is a premier government engineering institute. LDCE Ahmedabad is affiliated with the Gujarat Technological University  (GTU) and operates under the administration of the Directorate of Technical Education, Govt of Gujarat. The college offers highly subsidised fees. The placements are decent as well. Leading companies, such as Accenture, Adani Group, MG motors recruit students. Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda does offer scholarships.  The university offers merit and need-based scholarships to deserving students. DSW scholarship is offered to candidates with at least 50% aggregate in the last qualifying exam are eligible for a scholarship. Categories such as SC, ST, SEBC and EWS are bound to avail a scholarship under different scholarship schemes. The university also offers AICTE scholarships. 

IIT Roorkee announced the GATE 2025 result on March 19, 2025. To check the result, candidates will need to enter their GATE enrollment ID, registered email ID, and date of birth. The GATE exam is very prestigious among engineering and Science graduates. It is conducted every year by one of the IITs among the nine IITs. In 2024, IISc Bangalore conducted the GATE exam. The exam also opens various opportunities for engineering and Science graduates to work in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and in the field of research.
