GNIHM Kolkata BSc is a three-year full-time BSc course in Hospital and Hotel Administration. The course is spread across six semesters with a semester dedicated to internship for field exposure. The programme is designed to develop operational and technical skills of students for a career in the hospitality industry.

IIHM Kolkata course fee is cumulative of several components, which are either one-time chargeable or have to be paid semester-wise/annually. Thus, to allow all the exam aspirants to access the NCHMCT JEE application form, the exam authority makes it available online on the National Testing Agency's NCHMCT JEE official website of,  nchm.nta.nic.in. Both the learning environment and the network of opportunities are superior at NIMAS. In 2019, NIRF ranked NIMAS as the 10th best B.Sc programme in India out of 200. NIMAS was ranked 34th out of all Indian hotel management institutes by IndiaToday in 2018. Thus, NIMAS can be considered better.

The Neotia University provides placement support to students enrolled in its BSc courses. The job profiles and salary packages vary across the BSc specialisations offered at the university.
