No, IIHM Goa does not accept direct admissions. Interested students need to appear for the entrance test conducted by the institute (E-CHAT) and clear the GDPI to get shortlisted. Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition Goa offers Diploma specilisation in Food & Beverage Service and Food Production. The Diploma programme is of one and a half year duration, with one year of intensive training in the chosen stream. Admission to the Diploma programs is done through a merit-based entrance exam taken by the college.

Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts has a good placement record to date. The college has a record of offering 90% placements to its students. The minimum package offered to the students is INR 7 LPA.
