B.A. History Colleges in Karnataka - Fees, Admissions, Eligibility

Different departments of School of Humanities and Sciences of Kristu Jayanti University offer BA courses with different durations. All BA courses offered by department of English and Psychology are three year courses. However, department of Media Studies offers only four year BA courses. Thus, candidates are advised to check a department's microsite to see BA curriculum of their chosen specialisation.

The median salary package offered to the students after finishing B.A. from Presidency College is INR 480,000. While, the Median package offered by Mount Carmel College after completion of B.A. is INR 333,000. Candidates must be Class 12 or equivalent pass to be eligible for admission in Christ University Bangalore BA course in Communication and Media, English. The qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised board. Students must hold the pass certificates as well. The Class 12 mark sheet or pass certificate (original or copies) have to be submitted to the university for verification purposes. 

The fee structure varies from course to course and for some of the courses the fee is as follows-

B.Com - INR 1,35,000 for 1 year

BBA - INR 1,05,000 (For Karnataka), INR 1,15,500 (For Non-Karnataka) for 1 year

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Biology - INR 75,000 (For Karnataka), INR 82,500 (For Non-Karnataka) for 1 year

The fees for the BA course at Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women are non-refundable. Hence, once the students pay the fees, the money cannot be refunded under any circumstances. However, the same has been stipulated as part of their admission policy. This applies to all undergraduate courses undertaken by the college. The prospective students, at their own discretion, shall enroll in the programme after carefully meeting all the eligibility criteria. The above-mentioned fee policy is as per the official website or sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and, hence, indicative.

So far, Central University of Karnataka has not posted any last date of admission. Students can apply as long as the admission is open. The university accepts entrance-based admissions for its programmes. Students need to check the college page for all the updates of the admissions.

The exact dates have not been announced yet. Last year the BA classes were starts on July 29, 2024. It is assumed that the classes of his year will commence on similar dates.

No, the National Law School of India University, Bangalore BA (hons) admission are not available in direct admission mode. The selection of candidates will be based entirely on the NLSAT-BA conducted by National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
