It is not available as a specialisation in most degree courses except UG Diploma and PhD If you want to become an educational psychologist then you can pursue bachelor's degree in Psychology such as BA in Psychology or BSc in Psychology. However, BA in  Educational Psychology is available in several countries outside India.

Psychometric Assessment is a method which is used to test cognitive abilities and personality traits of a person.
