Yes, candidates can join BSc courses at Amity University Gurugram without appearing for CUET-UG first. Amity University conducts its own entrance exam called AMCAT to admit students into BSc courses.

However, many BSc courses are also open for direct admissions which look at Class 12 board exam results as well.

Candidates seeking admission to the nursing courses offered at MMU Solan which include BSc in Nursing and GNM are required to appear for the entrance test conducted by the University. Therefore, they cannot get direct admission to these specialisations while on another hand, admission to rest of the specialisations is based on marks secured by candidates in Class 12 examination in medical stream.

CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in May/June for 37 subjects. The mode of examination is CBT (Computer Based Test). NTA did not release official notification for CUET UG date sheet. KR Mangalam University provides BSc courses in more than seven specialisations through the School of Engineering & Technology and the School of Basic & Applied Sciences. The basic eligibility that the university asked for admission to BSc courses is candidates must complete Class 12 from Science subjects with at least an aggregate of 50%. However, admission to BSc courses is based on CUET scores/ KREE scores/ Class 12 scores secured by the candidates. Therefore, candidates without CUET scores can also get admission to BSc courses via KREE and merit on the basis of Class 12 scores.  

Manav Rachna National Aptitude Test popularly (MRNAT) is conducted by the Manav Rachna Group of Institutions for admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at the university and Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Science (MRIIRS).
