Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Film, TV and Animation Studies (BVBFTS) offers over 10 full-time and part-time Diploma courses in the field of Film, Television, and Radio. The eligibility criteria for admission to all the UG and PG programs are based on a candidate's aptitude for the media industry and their performance in the admission test and PI round conducted by the department. Candidates who have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board and have the required aptitude for the chosen programme are eligible to apply to BVBFTS. All full-time UG Diploma programs offered by the department are of one-year duration. The admission procedure involves a personal visit to the office to deposit the application form, followed by an interview where the candidate's look, appearance, and determination for a career in the media industry are judged.
