From my personal experience, I can suggest that overcoming the fear of failure is a matter of maturity and acceptance. You should trust yourself and this is what matters the most. You should trust what you have developed throughout the years and apply it according to the circumstance.

The important things in your life would not be the same after 10 years. As you mature with your age, you will see what sort of difference has been brought by your decisions made a few years back. The important point is that the success or failure of an exam does not matter in real life in a timespan of 10-20 years’ time. You should try and understand your likings, your passion and in the long run that will only help you. Then only you can do better in those exams.

The exam system in India is set up not only to examine good marks but also for the betterment of a student. But definitely you should not always chase marks. It should never be taken seriously irrespective of its result. No one is going to judge you in a two or three- hours paper and definitely that does not determine your credibility in that particular subject.

Sometimes parents build pressure on their kids which leads to failure in many cases. So, they should not focus and pressurise students on a single day exam which may be a disaster for many students. However, the students need to bring a positive change in their approach. Many students tend to be least bothered about their previous exam results and they focus only on future exams, which should be avoided. Every time you should analyse the past years’ exams and then only you can be more accurate and will be more conscious. You will be able to learn from your mistakes.

From my personal experience, I can suggest that overcoming the fear of failure is a matter of maturity and acceptance. You should trust yourself and this is what matters the most. You should trust what you have developed throughout the years and apply it according to the circumstance. Don’t feel sad or rear any notion that nothing will happen in life if you fail in the exam. It’s better to think positive and do whatever you have developed. You will succeed in a better way and then you will understand the importance of failure.

You should remember the memories which you have made and accept the new stage in life. But a new stage doesn’t mean that the old stage is deleted or erased. It is the start of your new adventure too and it’s the new beginning also. At last, my suggestion would be to become an observer with all the best wishes in your mind. It will help you overcome your failure.
