DOMS IIT Roorkee offers MBA and PhD programee. The fee structure of MBA programme ranges between INR 8 lakh. The fee structure inculdes only tuition fees for the two year programme. As compared to the other colleges the fee structure is high as compared to other college. 

The total tuition fee to pursue MBA at COER University is INR 1.34 lakh for the first year. For the second year, the tuition fee is slightly higher, i.e. INR 1.54 lakh.
