Following the results announcement, Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) will make available the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 cutoff. By the second week of January 2024, the outcome will be known.Prior to that, the qualifying CAT cutoffs—the minimal score requirements for admission to MBA programs—were announced by the IIMs. The CAT cutoff is different for every IIM. Shortlisted candidates for the admissions process will be those who meet the CAT 2023 cutoff. Candidates must meet the requirements set out by each IIM in order to be selected for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). 

Candidates seeking admission to Jamia Millia Islamia for MBA can apply online on the official website. Admission to this course is offered based on the entrance exam conducted by the university, i.e. JMI Entrance Eest. Interested candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate in the subject concerned. 

The institute has released the placement data for PGDM BFS batch 2025. The highest and average salary secured by the batch 2025 stood at INR 40.31 LPA and INR 20.90 LPA, respectively. The median salary for PGDM BFS batch 2025 was INR 19.21 LPA.
