Review of Masters in business administration at EIILM, Kolkata.
Placements: Companies like TCS, Zoho, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte hire students from this college every year. The highest, average and lowest packages offered by recruiters will be 16 lacs, 6 lacs and 3 lacs per annum. Our students were placed in several roles based on their skills.
Infrastructure: Nearly 50+ buses run daily from our college. All modes of transportation are available at our college. The students were asked to participate in their favorite sports. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. And our hostel is available with facilities like a like a TV, relaxing rooms and so on.
Faculty: All our teachers deliver high-quality content. They made themselves presentable and preferred to take interactive live sessions. They made materials and notes to lessen the worries of the students. It's very easy to clear semester examinations with the help of our teachers.

The college had the best quality facilities, faculty, and placements.
Placements: One of the best management colleges in Kolkata. At our college, 70–75% of students were getting placements every year. The average salary package offered in our course was between 3 and 16 LPAs. The top recruiting companies in our course were KPMG, Deloitte, HCL, Byjus, ICICI, Axis Bank, etc.
Infrastructure: For our course, the infrastructure available at our college was good. College management provides all the necessary facilities offered to the students. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, auditorium, hostel, seminar halls, etc. on the college campus. The college has a hostel, but I have not opted for it.
Faculty: The faculty of our college was the best in class. They were highly experienced in the field of teaching. Teachers available for our course were highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality offered by these teachers was very good. The course curriculum followed at the college was relevant, and it was making students industry-ready. Semester exams were moderately difficult and were conducted at the college.

Placements: In this college the placement is overall good. Approximately 85 % students are placed from this course. The highest package in this course is 12lpa, average package is 6.5lpa and the lowest package is 4lpa. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Deloitte, hdfc bank, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is overall good. All the facilities are available. There are modern classrooms, well-equipped labs and a library. Food quality is hygienic. There is also a canteen and a hostel. General medical facilities are available.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes us industry ready. The campus is ragging free and the semester exams are moderately challenging. The pass percentage is 80%.

The warmth that provide is priceless in this college.
Placements: They provide good quality placements to all. Students use to get placements in companies like ICICI Bank, HCL, and many reputed companies. EIILM tries to provide 100% of placements. EIILM Kolkata is also known for its best placements facilities, though placements are available mostly for the MBA batch.
Infrastructure: This college has good quality and well-ventilated classrooms with a computer lab capital laboratory. The library has well-stocked books and a common room is available where students can just join and enjoy their free time. The food served is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and always there to help students with their problems. They nourish students like their own babies. It does not only covers the syllabus but also has value-added classes to improve all sections. It also focuses on developing personality to make students corporate ready.
Other: EIILM Kolkata is not just an institute, it is a family where students have their mentors nurturing them like their own kids. They are friendly with seniors, and other faculty members who are always there to help students. Review of Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management - EIILM/
Placements: In our batch, almost 143 students were admitted. I heard that an average salary package of 2 LPA - 3 LPA is offered to MBA graduates. Almost 99.99% of the students get internships from every course. Management and media science are the top roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are available for the course. Every faculty is best in their field. We got air-conditioners generated classrooms and other facility rooms. I have never been to the college hostel but I guess it is good in terms of rooms and food.
Faculty: Teachers here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The teaching sense of the class is 100. The course is very relevant, and it will help a lot to grow up in your perspective fields. Exams are difficult everywhere but it is genuine. Only class teachings can help you score a 9 SGPA easily. Still the pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I chose BBA because I wanted to grow up, on fields of management specifically HR. Everything is by far good, but the course could add more interactive sessions. Various cultural programs and sports events are being held on the campus.

Happy and satisfied with my college experience if anyone wants to do MBA can take admission here.
Placements: 100 percent of the students got placed in last year. Most of the private sector companies recruits students from our college.
100 percent of the students got internship from this course in different companies. Mostly the managerial roles are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Hi speed Wi-Fi available in each and every corner of our college. More than dozens of computers are available in more than 2 Computer labs are easily accessible for students. Modern classroom for student and study friendly creates a better environment for study. Easy access to library containing large variety of books and can be borrowed at the same time.
Faculty: Teachers are great more than helpful always ready to solve their students problems doubts. It makes students heavily ready for future and creates a good like ahead. Course and syllabus all are regulated under the surveillance of prestigious vidyasagar University.
Other: Creates a value added life. High paid salary. Makes respectable in society.

It is one of the best B-schools in Kolkata.
Placements: I am from the batch of 2019-2021 with marketing in major and pharma in the minor specialisation. Every student gets an opportunity for an internship and live projects. Our college provides 100% placements, but everything depends on students' interviews. Our college provides ample opportunities to set your career in top companies like ITC, Bergers Paints, ICICI Bank, Byju's, GlaxoSmithKline, GKB Opticals, etc. Our college also prepares for these companies.
Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure with well-spacious and fully air-conditioned classrooms and smart boards. You can access libraries and computer labs whenever required, and you can also have your work and studies done without any hesitation. They also have a canteen, hostel and medical facilities. Apart from academics, a lot of encouragement is also given to students to participate in various sports, competitions, workshops and other co-curricular activities organised by EIILM.
Faculty: Our college has well-experienced and extremely knowledgeable teachers for every specialisation. Some teachers even have real-life corporate experiences, and here they groom you to bring the best out of you. Teachers are very considerate and concerned about every student, and they guide and assist whenever you need their help. They nurture you with real-life examples and challenges to make you industry-ready. Every faculty member of EIILM is very helpful.
Other: I have a wonderful experience during the course in this college. Even during this pandemic, they provided us with every possible assistance, classes and guidance we needed. Apart from academics, you can get a lot of corporate exposure via seminars, webinars, contests and events. If you can grasp the opportunities which college offers, then you can surely have a good experience here.

I am dissatisfied because of placements. There is always an issue.
Placements: Our college surely gives 90-100% placements, but they are pure sales-oriented jobs, and some others are 3rd payroll jobs. If you're looking for a greater future, especially in finance or marketing, then don't invest your hard money and time in this college. I am a finance student, and they provide us with a job in Axis bank as CSO at a very low salary, which is a 100% sales target based with long hour duty.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not for personal use. Labs and classrooms are good. There are a lot of books in the library, and the librarians are very decent and very helpful. I am a day scholar, so I don't know about the hostel. But I heard that the food served is not good, and it is far away from college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well qualified and knowledgeable. They groom us specifically for GD/interview. Some teachers are very friendly but not in the placement department as they always follow a PUSS strategy. Some of the faculty members always help when you are in college.
Other: If you have the interest to do something in your career, then either take marketing as major and prepare yourself but never think to take HR or finance as a major in this college. Talking about improvement, then please improve the placements. We invest our hard money on this college, but we don't get that much of ROI.
