The institute accepts national-level entrance exams like CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT etc. For admission. As per the latest placement report available, 100% of placements are seen. About 365 students are placed during the placement 2022 drive. Many big MNCs come for campus placements, and some of the top regular recruiters of NDIM Delhi Oyo, Amazon, Dabur, Ernst & Young, S&P Global, Paytm, Colgate, Dentsu, ITC, Blackrock, Eureka Forbes, Nestle, Delivery, Deloitte, Adani Wilmar, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. , HT Media, and ICICI Bank.

The PGDM programme at NDIM Delhi offers a number of specialisations. In 2025, NDIM admission for the PGDM programme will be determined by entrance exams. The institute accepts results from national exams such as the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and others for admission. All of NDIM's apps have been approved by the Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges, and Universities (ASIC) UK and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The final NDIM placement report 2023 is yet to be released. As of now, 60% of the students received job offers from the reputed MNCs during NDIM placements 2023 before the start of 4th Semester. Further, as the NIRF report 2023, the institute recorded nearly 100% placements in the academic year 2021-2022. Yes, NDIM is a good college for PGDM. The institute has been declared the first and only mentor institute in India under the 'Management' category by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is an integral part of the non-profit & charitable education society, Society for Employment and Career Counselling. 

In terms of placements, The average and median salary package offered during the NDIM Delhi placements stood at INR 10 LPA and INR 12 LPA, respectively. During the NDIM Delhi PGDM cutoff 2024, the percentile was CAT, CMAT, MAT, and XAT stood at 60, 75, and 60, respectively, for the General AI quota. While taking into consideration the past years' cutoffs, the 2025 estimated cutoff can remain similar as the insitute is depicting a similar cutoff trend over the years for the students belonging to the General AI quota.
