Students enrolled in Open and Distance Learning (ODL), Online, GOAL, and EVBB programmes can now submit their assignments till November 20, 2025. According to the notification issued by IGNOU’s Student Evaluation Division (SED) on October 7, 2025, the extension applies to both hard copy and soft copy submissions.

ndira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for submission of assignments for the December 2025 Term-End Examinations (TEE). Students enrolled in Open and Distance Learning (ODL), Online, GOAL, and EVBB programmes can now submit their assignments till November 20, 2025.

According to notification issued by IGNOU’s Student Evaluation Division (SED) on October 7, 2025, the extension applies to both hard copy and soft copy submissions. University stated that decision was taken with approval of competent authority.

Assignments are a key component of the evaluation process for IGNOU learners and must be submitted before the prescribed deadline to become eligible for appearing in the term-end exams.

Students are advised to ensure timely submission through their respective study centres or online portals as applicable to their mode of study.
