Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had extended the last day for applications of scholarship schemes for single girl child. Last date to apply is December 28, 2020.
CBSE had extended the last date for application to its scholarship schemes for single girl child to December 28 from December 10 earlier. Today is the last day to apply. This includes merit scholarship scheme for single girl child for Class 12, 2020 and renewal for merit scholarship for single girl child, Class 10th, 2019 which was awarded last year.
For the first scheme, all single girl child students who scored 60 per cent marks or above in their Class 10th, now studying in Class 11th or 12th, can apply.
They should be studying in a CBSE affiliated school whose tuition fees is not more than Rs 1,500 per month. For the second scheme, the Board said that an increase of 10 per cent in the tuition fees in the next two academic years was allowed.
Speaking about CBSE Board examinations 2021, the Union Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ informed that he would be announcing the date of the commencement of examinations on December 31, 2020, at 6 pm. This would bring to rest all the doubts in the minds of students, parents and teachers alike about the CBSE board exams 2021. The detailed CBSE 10th datesheet 2021 and CBSE 12th datesheet 2021 will be uploaded on the official website of CBSE in January 2021. Students can click on the links provided to stay updated on the release of datesheet and to download the revised CBSE syllabus 2021 for classes 10th and 12th.
