HPSOS Class 10 and 8 results 2020 DECLARED, know where and how to check

HPSOS is a collaboration between the HPBOSE and the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). Read further to know how to check the HPSOS Class 10 and Class 8 exams. 

The Himachal Pradesh State Open Schooling (HPSOS) declared the pending Class 10 and Class 8 results on July 1. HPSOS Students can check their 10^th 8^th results by logging into the official website of the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE). Last year, the passing percentage for Class 8 students was at 38.95% and the passing percentage for Class 10 students was at 57.24%.

HPSOS is a collaboration between the HPBOSE and the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). HPSOS Class 10 exams were held between March 5 and March 19.

HPSOS 10^th Results 2020: How to check

Students can check their HPSOS 10^th results 2020 following the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of HOBOSE i.e. hpbose.org

Step 2: Click on the HPSOS Class 10 result link

Step 3: Enter your exam roll number

Step 4: Click submit to view results

Step 5: Save a copy for future reference

HPSOS 8^th Results 2020: How to check

Students can check their HPSOS 8^th results 2020 following the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of HPBOSE to hpbose.org

Step 2: Click on the HPSOS Class 8 result link

Step 3: Enter your roll number

Step 4: Click submit to view results

Step 5: Save a copy for future reference

Students must note that HPSOS 10^th 8^th results available online are for informational purposes only. Students must collect their original marksheet from the HPSOS administration office. While HPBOSE in collaoration with NIOS released the HPSOS 8th and 10th results, NIOS is yet to decided the conduction of NIOS 10th and NIOS 12th exams. Students are posting outrageous posts and tweets on social media demanding cancellation of the NIOS 10th and NIOS 12th exams amid the ongoing pandemic situation.

Meanwhile, the Himachal Pradesh declared the HPBOSE 10^th results 2020 on June 9 and HPBOSE 12^th results on June 18. The overall percentage of the students who appeared for the HPBOSE 10^th Board Exams 2020 was 68.11% and the overall percentage of the HPBOSE 12^th Board Exams 2020 was 76.07%.

According to the stats, a total of 1,04,323 students appeared for the HPBOSE 10^th Board Exams 2020 and 86,633 students appeared for HPBOSE Class 12 Board Exams 2020.
