Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 to be DECLARED shortly! The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), Pune is all set to declare the Maharashtra SSC results 2020 anytime soon. According to the latest media reports, Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 is all set to be declared TODAY, i.e. July 29, 2020, at 1 pm. According to the past trends, the Maharashtra Board releases MSBSHSE SSC exam result a week after the Maharashtra HSC or class 12 result. The board announced the Maharashtra HSC Results 2020 on July 16. Going by the record, Maharashtra Board class 10 result is expected by this week any time by July 31 July. However, there is no update from the Board's end. Meanwhile, the official website of the Board - http://www.mahasscboard.in/ssc_online/institute/school_login.php is also hanging. "404 Not Found error" is occurring continuously. It appears that the Board is prepping up to declared Maharashtra SSC Results 2020.

Experts are also expecting that the overall percentage of the Maharashtra Board Class 10 Results will increase this year. Last year, the Board recorded the lowest-ever pass percentage in the last 10 years. In 2019, only 77.10 per cent students cleared the exam. While the students are yet to receive Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 dates officially by the board, they must know that the result once declared would be available on all the official result portals of the Board. According to the reports, a total of 17,65,898 students registered to appear for Maharashtra SSC exams 2020. However, due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, the board could not hold all the exams. The MSBSHSE SSC geography exam which was scheduled for March 23 got postponed and ultimately cancelled due to the nationwide lockdown.
Grace marks for Cancelled Exam
Earlier, the education minister of the state Varsha Gaikwad informed that “one of the modes of assessment could be declaring the result on the ‘best of five’ rule, where marks of five subjects will be considered out of the six exams.” Various reports also suggested that average marks can be given for the geography exam.
Passing Marks
In order to pass the Maharashtra state board exams, candidates need to score an aggregate score of 35 per cent with at least 20 per cent marks in the theory of every subject.

- Open Maharashtra Board's official results portal i.e. mahresult.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ‘Maharashtra SSC result 2020’
- The link will be redirected to a new page
- Enter roll number and mother’s name in the appropriate fields as mentioned on Maharashtra SSC Admit card
- Verify the details and submit the same
- mahresult.nic.in 2020 ssc result for the entered credentials will open
- Take a printout or screenshot of the same and keep it safe for further references
