IIM Jammu, NHPC Limited sign MoU to Foster Strategic Academic Collaboration, Executive Education and Training

Under agreement, IIM Jammu will design and deliver executive development programs for NHPC personnel, offer consulting solutions, and provide opportunities for NHPC executives

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu and NHPC Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on capacity building, consultancy, research, case development, and academic collaboration.

The MoU aims to leverage the intellectual capital and infrastructure of IIM Jammu to enhance organizational capabilities at NHPC. The partnership will focus on areas such as executive education and training, consultancy services, long-duration academic programs, summer internships, research initiatives, and knowledge-sharing platforms which include national and international conferences.

Under the agreement, IIM Jammu will design and deliver executive development programs for NHPC personnel, offer consulting solutions, and provide opportunities for NHPC executives to enroll in long-duration academic programs such as the Executive MBA and Ph.D. for working professionals. The collaboration also extends to sponsored research, joint case studies, and conferences aimed at knowledge dissemination and organizational learning.
