Goa University Exam 2021: No offline exams until June 16 for UG/PG students

The official notice released by the Goa University stated that the students would be given 15 days prior intimation before the commencement of the examinations.

Goa University Exam 2021: Goa University decided not to conduct semester exams for undergraduate and postgraduate students through offline mode until June 16, 2021, in view of the devastatingly increasing number of COVID-19 cases. The official notice released by the Goa University stated that the students would be given 15 days prior intimation before the commencement of the examinations. It also informed that the online examinations in the affiliated colleges shall not be conducted before June 8, 2021.

According to the information released by the varsity, the Goa University Exam 2021 for the first and second-year students of the BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA are to be held online. However, the exam for the final semester will be conducted offline. The last date for submission of the project or dissertation is June 1, 2021.

Also, students are directed to submit the project or dissertation in soft copy format. Goa University also clarified that the viva should be conducted in online mode with no physical interaction between the participants. The format and mode of conduct of the Goa University Exam 2021 will be according to the UGC guidelines. The official website of Goa University is unigoa.ac.in.

According to the academic calendar, the semester classes for general stream colleges will conclude on June 5, 2021. The university scheduled the examination to be conducted from June 7 to July 17. However, due to the ongoing pandemic situation, the revised schedule for Goa University Exam 2021 will be announced in due course of time. The new academic year 2021-22 is scheduled to begin on August 10, 2021.
