IIT Roorkee to conduct workshop on 'Artificial Intelligence', internship opportunity for selected candidates

According to the reports, those who attend the workshop and clear all the required rounds may also get to do their internship at IIT Roorkee.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee is all set to conduct a workshop on machine learning and artificial intelligence. The two-day workshop is being organised by IIT Roorkee in association with Robotronix. Interested candidates must note that the workshop can bag them an internship at the technology institute. According to the reports, those who attend the workshop and clear all the required rounds may also get to do their internship at IIT Roorkee.

The workshop will be conducted on March 26 and 27 from 10:30 am to 4 pm on each day, and all participants will receive certificates. During the workshop, candidates will be given knowledge on the concepts and understanding in artificial intelligence of participants from the scratch. IIT Roorkee will also provide day-wise material and the pre-recorded video, and at the end of the program all attendees will receive a certificate.

How to Bag Internships at IIT Roorkee?

In order to bag an internship at IIT Roorkee, candidates are required to qualify the three rounds mentioned below:

• Round 1 consists of a quiz after the workshop from which 10 best performing participants will be selected for round 2.
• In Round 2, shortlisted participants will have to complete a project given by the organizers before the specified deadline.
• Round 3 will consist of interviews of the candidates who successfully submit their projects.

In order to attend the online course, the attendees are required to pay Rs 599. Similar workshops are also being offered in other new-age technologies such as data science, Python for beginners and Django for which interested students can apply separately.
