IIT Ropar offers FREE course on Artificial Intelligence & Cyber-Physical Systems for Agriculture Automation
IIT Ropar will begin the course will be conducted from June 2 to July 16, 2021.
IIT Ropar Admission 2021: Indian Institute Technology (IIT) Ropar, through iHub Agriculture and Water Technology Development Hub (AWaDH), commenced the admission application process for an online course on Artificial Intelligence and Cyber-Physical Systems for Agriculture Automation. IIT Ropar will begin the course will be conducted from June 2 to July 16, 2021. The course is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students of any branch of engineering as well as professionals from the industry. However, attendees are required to have minimum programming experience in any language such as C, C++, Java, or Python. IIT Ropar faculty will be conducting the course, and the course coordinator is Professor Neeraj Goel, who is the assistant professor, department of computer science and engineering domain head – precision agriculture, iHub – AWaDH, IIT Ropar.
Students interested in IIT Ropar Admissions 2021 can submit the applications online and after the screening of applicants, an offer letter will be sent to selected students. A full fee of Rs 8500 needs to be paid by students. However, scholarships will be offered to meritorious students. The course consists of 40 hours of lectures by experts of the field, 40 to 60 hours of lab in live interaction format, and 60 hours of capstone project in the guidance of a faculty member.
IIT Ropar free course on Artificial Intelligence and Cyber-Physical Systems for Agriculture Automation aims at providing the necessary interdisciplinary background required to build an end-to-end system, including programming, embedded systems, data sciences, machine learning, deep learning, communication technologies, and android programming through the following topics such as Basic Python using libraries in python; Basic Data formats, databases and operations; Statistics and probability basics, regression and correlation; Deep learning basics artificial neural networks, deep neural networks; Server client programming; Communication using WIFI, Bluetooth, WANs.
