Lucknow University Admissions 2021: Last date to apply for various UG, PG courses extended until June 30

Earlier, the last date for filling Lucknow University Admissions 2021 application form was May 31 but now candidates can apply for programmes until June 30.

Lucknow University Admissions 2021 deadline extended! Considering the ongoing pandemic situation and restrictions imposed all over the country in order to contain the rapidly spreading novel coronavirus, Lucknow University has decided to extend the deadline for admissions. Now, candidates interested in Lucknow University Admissions 2021 to UG, PG and other courses at the university, can fill the forms by June 30. the University has also declared the results of several postgraduate courses in the late hours of Friday night. It is advised that students keep a tab on the official website for further updates regarding the same.

Applicants must note that this extension is also applicable to professional courses such as BBA, MBA, BCA and BLEd, among others. Earlier, the last date for filling the application form was May 31 but now candidates can apply for programmes until June 30.

This one-month extension has come as a huge relief for students seeking admission to the university. According to the reports, Lucknow University has taken this decision in light of the ongoing second wave of corona and the consequent curfew, which made it difficult for students to access resources to fill the forms.

This is not the first time when the Lucknow University decided to shift the deadline for the 2021-22 academic session. Before this, the last date to apply for admissions had been extended from May 3 to May 31 for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Meanwhile, for doctoral admissions, the varsity extended the last date from May 3 to May 15.
