• You must have passed the Class 12 (HSC) examination from a recognized board.
• A minimum aggregate of 50% marks is generally required for the general category (45% for some reserved categories).
• Mathematics/Computer Science as a subject in Class 12 is often preferred and may be a mandatory requirement. 

1. Online Registration:
   • Visit the official Haryana Higher Education Admission Portal within the specified application window (typically opens in June/July each year).
   • Fill out the application form with your personal and academic details. The application fee is a non-refundable INR 100.
2. Upload Documents:
   • Upload scanned copies of required documents, including:
     • Passport-size photograph and signature.
     • Class 10th and 12th mark sheets.
     • Character Certificate.
     • Migration Certificate (if applicable, for boards other than Haryana).
     • Caste/Category certificate (if applicable, for reservation benefits).
     • Income Certificate (for EWS or scholarship claims).
3. Merit List Publication:
   • The college will release merit lists in multiple rounds based on the marks obtained in the qualifying Class 12 examination and applicable weightage.
   • Check your admission status regularly on the DHE portal or the Pt. Chiranji Lal Sharma Government College website.
4. Document Verification and Fee Payment:
   • If your name appears on a merit list, you must accept the seat online within the given deadline.
   • Visit the college in person with your original documents for physical verification.
   • Pay the required admission fees to confirm your seat in the BCA program.
5. Physical Counselling:
   • If you are not selected in the initial merit lists, the college may conduct physical or "walk-in" counseling to fill any remaining vacant seats.
