XLRI Executive Development Programme aims to help participants become proficient in Descriptive HR Analytics, Predictive HR Analytics, Prescriptive HR Analytics.
Xavier School of Management has announced (XLRI) has launched an Executive Development Programme on HR Analytics. The programme will be led by Professor Gloryson R B Chalil, a fellow from IIM Bangalore who has led various HR departments in sectors like agriculture, manufacturing and IT and has been involved in multiple consulting assignments with government and corporate sectors.
According to the official release, “this program from XLRI has been designed to introduce participants to the concepts of HR Analytics and familiarise them with different dimensions like descriptive analytics, predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics.”
XLRI Executive Development Programme aims to help participants become proficient in Descriptive HR Analytics, Predictive HR Analytics, Prescriptive HR Analytics.
With this course, candidates will be able to work on real-time projects based on the needs identified within their organisation. The programme will enable individuals to make better people management decisions in everyday work scenarios. Further candidates will also gain exposure to SPSS Statistics software through in-class illustrations.
The programme is also offering XLRI faculty-mentored analytic projects for a limited number of candidates. It also offers the candidate the flexibility to choose from various analytical packages such as SAS, Stata, R, MPlus, and MS Excel with Add-ons etc. The course can be taken anytime from anywhere without any complicated hardware or software installations.
