Application form for NIFT Entrance Exam 2026 for UG and PG programmes can be released anytime by NTA on the official website. NIFT participating colleges 2026 offer admission in UG and PG programmes like B.Des, M.Des, B.F. Tech, M.F.Tech, and M.F.M. The NIFT entrance exam application form is the same for all courses.
Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria for the program are required to apply before the last date. There can be a provision to register for NIFT 2026 with regular and late fees. The application fee for NIFT will be around INR 3,000 (INR 1500 for SC, ST, and PwD categories). The late fee will be around INR 5,000. Candidates must note that the NIFT 2026 application late fee has to be paid in addition to the application fee.
NIFT Exam is expected to be conducted in the month of February 2026.
NIFT Application Form 2026: How to register for NIFT UG and PG?
The application form for NIFT has to be filled out online.
- Go to the NIFT admission portal
- If the application form is OPEN, the registration link will be activated
- Click on the registration link
- Fill in your aadhaar number, email ID, mobile number, etc. to complete registration.
- On successful registration, an applicant account will be created.
- Log in to the account to enter personal, academic, and communication details.
- Select an exam center
- Upload signature and photograph as per the given specification.
- Pay the application fee to complete the application process.
The NTA will not edit/ modify/ alter any information entered by the candidate under any circumstances. It will also not entertain requests for change in information. So, you must exercise utmost caution when filling up the form.
Request for corrections made by any candidates through Post/Fax/ WhatsApp/ Email/ by hand will not be entertained by NTA.
