IIT Bombay will be releasing the Cutoff for UCEED 2026 on February 05, 2026 around 5 PM. It will be released for all the candidates who have appeared for the UCEED 2026 Entrance Exam held on January 18, 2026. Read on to find where to find the UCEED Cutoff and how to download it.
UCEED Cutoff Part A
UCEED 2026 Cutoff will be released tomorrow, on February 05, 2026. It will be released on the website of UCEED: uceed.iitb.ac.in. Candidates are not required to have any credentials to download the UCEED Cutoff 2026 PDF. It is expected to be out around 5 PM. The cut-off marks for UCEED Part A for B.DesΒ are expected to be 55-60 for General Category, 48-56 for OBC/EWS and 30-35 for PWD category. The final cutoff depends on the number of candidates, exam difficulty, and seat availability. The counselling will begin from April 21, 2026 for Round 1.
The cut-off (πΏ) for Part-A marks to shortlist candidates in the OPEN category will be π + (πβ2) = πΏ, where π and π are the average marks and standard deviation of distribution of marks obtained by ALL the candidates in Part-A of UCEED 2026. The π, π, and πΏ will be rounded off to two decimal places.Β
- UCEED 2025 Cut off Part A: The General category cutoff was 74.35 and OBC was 66.92.
- Minimum Score for Admission to IITs: To get admission in top IITs, candidates should score between 125 to 150+. Scoring 200+ is ideal for admission to top IITs. A rank below 15-20 for General is required for admission.

What's Next After UCEED Cutoff 2026?
After UCEED 2026 Cutoff, IIT Bombay will release the UCEED Result 2026. The result will be declared on the official website. Candidates can check the result using their registered email ID and password. The result will be declared on March 06, 2026. All shortlisted candidates will get a common merit rank (All India Rank). All shortlisted candidates are considered as qualified candidates in UCEED 2026.

UCEED 2026 Part-A Cut-off Calculation
Marks obtained in UCEED Part-A will be used to shortlist candidates. UCEED 2026 Cutoff to be released
UCEED Cutoff will be released on February 05, 2026. The cutoff will be released only for Part A.Β
The cut off marks for UCEED 2026 Part A will be released on February 05, 2026.
The admission cut-off for Round I of UCEED 2026 will be released alongside the seat allotment results on April 21, 2026.
This will be followed by 2nd allotment on May 19, 2026. The 3rd round of allotment will be declared on June 10, 2026.
The cut-off has been released in the form of category-wise opening and closing ranks. Also, the cut-off is released for all the participating institutes. Candidates who meet the cut-off criteria will get admission to the B. Des programme. However, if the candidate fails to meet the cut-off criteria, he or she will be considered for admission in subsequent rounds. Note that UCEED 2026 counseling will have FIVE seat allotment rounds, and for each round a separate cut-off would be released.

UCEED 2026 question paper will have two parts, Part A and Part B. Part B answer booklet will be checked only if a candidate qualifies Part A or meets cut-off. The qualifying cut-off for Part A will be determined by admission committee. It will be used to shortlist candidates for Part A. All candidates who qualify Part A will be allocated a merit rank and total score.
