GATE 2026 results are now available. Candidates who have secured 40 marks in GATE Computer Science Engineering can check AIR, score range, and best colleges they can apply to via COAP 2026 counselling. IIT Guwahati has released results on March 19. The qualifying mark for GATE CSE 2026 remains to be 30 for general category, 27 marks for OBC, NCL-EWS, and 20 marks for SC/ST category.

IIT Guwahati has declared GATE result for 2026 on March 19. Candidates can now login with their credentials to download result.
The highest GATE cutoff score for NIT M.Tech admission typically ranges from 800 to 850 in the first round. Some of the top NITs include NIT Surathkal, NIT Trichy, and NIT Warangal, accept admissions with GATE score 800 above for branches like EC, CS, ME, and EE.
Qualified candidates have to register at the CCMT portal to participate in the GATE counselling. The counselling process will begin in June/July.
Candidates falling under this bracket should not lose hope.
