BITSAT 2021 exam is going to be conducted from August 3 to 9. BITS Pilani will conduct the exam as per the COVID-19 guidelines. Candidates will need to present the BITSAT 2021 Hall ticket along with a valid ID proof to appear for the exam.

The hall ticket for the exam is available only after the BITSAT 2021 Slot Booking. The window to book a slot was available from July 17 to 27. However, candidates can download the BITSAT 2021 admit card till the last day of the exam i.e. August 9.

Students aspiring for the BITSAT 2021 must also provide the declaration form released along with the hall ticket. Candidates must submit it by entering all the details. The declaration form is helpful for authorities to assess the health condition of students. Students can check all the exam-related guidelines below.

BITSAT 2021 Exam Day Guidelines

Students can check all the exam-related guidelines below. All candidates must strictly follow the exam day guidelines as it is for their safety.

Do not carry any belongings like calculators, bags, mobiles, electronic gadgets etc., to the test venue.

Students should bring a pen for signing and doing rough work.

As your fingerprint will be taken at the test centre, please ensure that you do not have paint/ henna on your fingers.

Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.

Candidate must bring their own mask, gloves, personal hand sanitiser (50ml), transparent water bottle, a simple pen with transparent cover and exam related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside the exam venue.

Candidates must bring a signed self-declaration in the format as given below to this effect (declaration is provided along with this Admit Card) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry point into the exam venue. THIS IS MANDATORY.

Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL NOT be allowed entry into the exam venue.

Entry of Candidates as per time slot will be sent through SMS, to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.

The temperature of a candidate will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermal Gun. Only those candidates will be allowed inside the exam venue whose temperature is within the acceptable limit as approved by competent authorities.

Mapping of 'Candidate's Application Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the candidates individually at the time of the entry of the candidate into the exam venue after verifying their Admit Card and ID proof.

Candidates need to follow directions given by the centre staff and stand in the markings at the entry points.

The candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using a sanitiser provided at the desk at the registration desk. A photograph will be captured during the registration for authentication later during the admission process.

Candidates will be under CCTV surveillance throughout the exam duration within the lab.

Candidates are required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot informed via SMS on his/her registered mobile number one day before the exam date. It is expected that candidate strictly adheres to this time slot – as entry into the test centre will be provided based upon the individual's timeslot ONLY.

BITSAT 2021 Result will be announced immediately after the completion of the exam. The result will comprise the candidates’ total score, number of correct answers and incorrect answers.
