BITSAT Counselling 2026: Preference Form Deadline Today; Upload Class 12th Marks & Choice-filling
Today is the last date for BITSAT 2026 counselling registration. Candidates have to fill in their class 12th marks and provide their programme preferences online to be considered for admission.
BITSAT 2026 Preference Form Deadline Today
The Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani, is conducting the BITSAT counselling online. Candidates who appeared for the BITSAT 2026 exam for sessions 1 and 2 must complete their counselling registration by filling in their class 12th marks and programme preferences. The BITSAT preference form is available on the candidate's login dashboard at bits-pilani.admissions.ac.in. Students have to log in using their application number and password to complete the choice filling process.
The authorities will allot the seats based on the candidate's merit in the exam and subject to meeting the 75% criteria in the qualifying exam. The seat allotment will be announced in the form of iterations. Students allotted a seat will be require to confirm their admission by paying the requisite admission fee.
Applicants whose Class XII marksheet/certificate has already been issued by the respective boards must mandatorily upload the same at the time of application. Failure to upload the issued marksheet/certificate shall render the application liable for rejection. Applicants whose Class XII results are not declared by 1 June 2026, including but not limited to candidates from NIOS, or any other board with delayed result declaration, shall be permitted to submit their Class XII marks and upload the corresponding marksheet/certificate on or before 10 July 2026; however, such candidates are also required to completely fill (along with applicable fee payment) and submit their programme preferences through the FD preference form from April 29 to June 1, 2026, to be considered for the next stage of the admissions process.

- Go to the website, bits-pilani.admissions.ac.in.
- Log in to the candidate portal with your application number and password.
- Go to the preference form and fill in all the details.
- Check the details once before making the final submission.

BITSAT 2026 counselling process will start after the result is announced. For selection into the courses offered by the participating campuses, the students will have to participate in the BITSAT counselling process. During the counselling, the students will have to submit their preferences and pay the fee for allotment.
BITSAT 2026 result will be released a few weeks after the exam concludes. While the students will be able to check their scores immediately after the exam ends, the moderated scores will be released through the result. For every exam session, the results will be announced.
