Chandigarh University Hosts 2nd Edition of Scholars Summit 2026: CUCET Toppers Felicitated

Chandigarh University is holding 2nd Edition of CU Scholars Summit 2026. During the inaugration of the summit, CUCET toppers were felicitated on their remarkable performance in the exam. Read to know more about the CU Scholars Summit 2026.

Chandigarh University has kicked off the ‘CU Scholars Summit 2026’ to celebrate and welcome the brightest minds to the campus. The summit is being held from July 1 to 4, and thousands of exceptional scholars and their families are invited to celebrate the achievement and to recognize talent and merit. As the summit kicked off, 3600 CUCET toppers across India were felicitated and appreciated for their incredible performance in the admission-cum-scholarship exam.

Several Guests of Honour Grace 2nd Edition of CU Scholars Summit 2026

Chandigarh University has invited several distinguished guests for the CU Scholars Summit 2026. As the Chief Guest, Lieutenant General (Retd) Raj Shukla, Member of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) inaugurated the Summit. Important dignitaries such as Prof. Luke Dickens (University College London), Prof. Jurg Bahler (University College London), Prof. Santosh Kumar (RMIT University, Australia), Joyce Rodriguez (Airbus Group India), Actress Apoorva Arora, Prof. (Dr.) Raviraja N Seetharam, Vice-Chancellor, Chandigarh University, Dr. Satbir Singh Sehgal, Pro VC, CU and Prof. (Dr.) RS Bawa, Advisor to Hon'ble Chancellor, Chandigarh University were also present at the event. Additionally, there were more dignitaries who graced the Summit.

Speaking to the students in his keynote address, Chief Guest Lieutenant General (Retd) Raj Shukla made an impactful speech regarding Artificial Intelligence and its increasing dominance in all fields. He also requested students to embrace the AI boom with intelligence, confidence and self-belief so that they can work together to make the world a better abundant space.

CUCET 2026 Phase 2 Starts

Chandigarh University has started the CUCET 2026 registration for Phase 2 exam. Candidates can now register online until July 15. During registration, they will be able to choose their preferred exam slot. CUCET 2026 Phase 2 exam is being held until July 16.
