GATE 2026 admit card: IIT Guwahati will resume GATE 2026 exam on February 14. The last day of GATE exam 2026 is Feb 15. The computer-based test will be held for 10 GATE papers, with Civil Engineering (CE) conducted in two shifts. IIT Guwahati will continue the GATE 2026 exam on Feb 14 and 15. The MTech engineering exam will be conducted in two shifts - (forenoon - 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and afternoon - 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). Candidates who are appearing for GATE, must check the branch-wise GATE shift timings and keep all the documents required at the centre.

Candidates can download their GATE 2026 hall ticket at GOAPS portal using their enrollment ID and password. The official website to download admit card is gate2026.iitg.ac.in.

Students appearing for GATE 2026 Feb 14 and 15 exam must carry the following documents and items to the centre -

As such, the GATE authorities have not mentioned anything regarding the black and white or colour printout of the GATE admit card to be carried or not. But it is better to carry a colour printout of the hall ticket to the exam centre Also, the admit card of GATE must be in A4 size format.
