IIT Kanpur’s C3iHub has opened applications for seventh cohort of its Cybersecurity Startup Incubation Program.
Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur C3iHub has opened applications for Cohort VII of its flagship Cybersecurity Startup Incubation Program. Launched in collaboration with IIT Kanpur Technology Business Incubator Foundation for Innovation & Research in Science & Technology program offers selected startups a funding opportunity of up to INR 30 lakh over two years comprising an INR 20 lakh grant and INR 10 lakh equity based fellowship.
This initiative reinforces C3iHub’s commitment to advancing deep tech innovation in cybersecurity and allied domains while supporting startups that are developing strategic technology solutions for national security and global resilience. Established as Technology Innovation Hub under National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems, C3iHub is funded by Department of Science and Technology Government of India. What is eligibility for Cybersecurity Startup Incubation Program Cohort VII?
Eligible applicants must be Indian registered startups preferably less than three years old, with at least one full time founder. The selection process will include initial screening of submitted proposals followed by pitch presentation before domain expert committee. Startups will be evaluated based on novelty and strategic relevance of their product idea and growth potential.
Selected startups will receive structured mentoring access to IIT Kanpur research and testing facilities and opportunity to connect with industry, academia, and strategic agencies. The program is designed not only to provide financial assistance but also to foster sustainable and scalable growth for cybersecurity ventures, from lab to market.
