JEE Advanced Response Sheet 2026 Released
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the JEE Advanced response sheet 2026. The link to download the JEE Advanced 2026 response sheet pdf is available in the website jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates will need to login to the website using their registration number, date of birth and mobile number to download the response sheet JEE Advanced 2026.
Response sheet is the computer recorded copy candidates responses in exam. It mentions the answers filled/marked by the candidates during the exam for both Paper 1 and 2. The response sheet can not be challenged by candidates and no communication in this regard will be entertained by the IIT Roorkee.

How to Calculate Expected Score in JEE Adv 2026 Using Response Sheet
After downloading the response sheet, candidates can match their response with the answer key to know how many correct and incorrect answers they have marked in exam. Follow the official marking scheme as mentioned in JEE Advanced 2026 question paper and assign marks to all correct and incorrect answers. Candidates will get their score upon subtracting the total of correct responses with incorrect responses.

JEE Advanced 2026 Answer Key and Result
The IIT Roorkee will release JEE Advanced answer key 2026 on May 25. JEE Advanced result date is June 1, 2026. Both answer key and result will be declared online in the website jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates will be able to check the answer key and result by login to the website using their credentials.

Commonly asked questions
No, your candidature will be rejected as you need to have minimum of 75% in class 12 to be eligible for admisison to the IITs, NIT, IIITs and GFTIs via the JoSAA counselling. Even if you pass JEE Advanced and JEE Main, of you do not have 75% minimum marks in class 12 boards you will no get admissions.
The JEE Advanced 2026 cutoff will be released with the results of JEE Advanced 2026. Until then, candidates can check below the JEE Advanced cutoff from the previous years:
The JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff of the common rank list is 20.56%; 18.50% for the GEN-EWS rank list and OBC-NCL rank list; 10.28% for SC, ST, and PwD rank lists across all categories; and 5.14% for Preparatory course rank lists.
All those candidates who score above the cutoff marks in their respective categories can register for JoSAA counselling to participate in the IIT seat allotment process. Note that qualifying the JEE Advaced cutoff will not guarantee a seat in the IITs. Various factors are at play while allotting seats in the IITs. These factors include the demand for a course and IIT, the number of seats on offer, the reservation criteria, etc.
JoSAA 2026 counselling for JEE Main and JEE Advanced qualifiers will begin in June 2026. The entire schedule of JoSAA counselling 2026 will be uploaded on josaa.nic.in.
