Students are unable to check their exam timings and centre address as the link continues showing 'HTTP Error 503' and 'HTTP Error 500'. With lakhs of JEE Main aspirants trying to download their hall tickets at the same time, the server load often exceeds capacity, leading to backend failures. Those who were able to download the admit cards were able to do so through another link, which went live before even getting activated on the JEE Main website.

Students who are currently facing issues need NOT panic, as the technical problem will be resolved soon. Candidates should try downloading the admit card during non-peak hours, such as early morning or late night, when website traffic is comparatively lower. Using an updated desktop browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and clearing the cache before logging in may also help.
