What is the selection process for admission at IITs?
To get admission at IITs, students have to appear in Joint Entrance Exam Main and obtain the cutoff score. Those students having score above the JEE Main cutoff will then have to appear in JEE Advanced. The selection will be based on ranks students get in JEE Advanced exam.
The application process for JEE Main 2026 is currently open. Interested candidates can apply online from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. JEE Mains 2026 registration last date session 1 is November 27, 2025. JEE Advanced 2026 exam will be conducted in May, dates for which will be announced soon.
