The National Testing Agency (NTA) released official JEE Main 2026 Information Brochure today, October 31, 2026. The JEE Main 2026 information brochure consists of dates, syllabus and and important information related to the JEE Main exam for the 2026 session. Along with information brochure, the exam authorities also commenced the registration for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026.
Students dreaming of becoming engineers and architects can access all information from official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, as well as from shiksha.com. The JEE Main 2026 registration window is open till November 27, 2025. Students are advised to keep their Aadhaar and other necessary documents ready to ensure a smooth JEE Main application filling process.

As per the JEE Main 2026 information brochure, the entrance test will be conducted in two sessions, offering students a chance to improve their scores. The JEE Mains 2026 exam for session 1 is scheduled from January 21 to 30, while the session 2 exam will be held from April 1 to 10, 2026.
The JEE Main information brochure comprises of eligibility criteria, examination fees, and syllabus for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech), Paper 2A (B.Arch), and Paper 2B (B.Planning).
In a key update for candidates, NTA has officially released the JEE Mains 2026 syllabus PDF minutes before the information brochure. Students can check the syllabus of JEE Mains Paper 1, Paper 2A, and Paper 2 B.
To appear in the SRMJEEE exam, candidates NEET to follow the below:
They must have a functioning laptop with camera and microphone feature along with the below specifications -
- Intel i3 (4TH Gen) equivalent CPU or above.
- 4gb RAM or above.
- Internet Speed - Minimum 1 MBPS
- 2 Gb free hard disk space
- Windows 8 or above Mac 10.14 Mojave and above
Candidates must follow the below instructions to appear in the remote proctored exam:
- Do not move from your seats.
- Don't take bio breaks during the exam.
- Sit facing the screen throughout the exam.
- Do not use mobile phones, digital watches, or any other electronic devices.
- Do not wear sunglasses or headphones.
- Ensure there is enough light in the room and you are the only person present. Do not entertain any other person in the room.
- Do not take help or assistance from anyone.
- Do not keep any sort of text or chits of paper or books, notes/rough paper around you.
- Do not log in from multiple devices.
- Do not google or search.
- Do not lip-sync or read questions aloud.
- Do not cover your face with hair/mask/clothing or anything.
- Do not have background noise/voices/music/TV.
- No eating or drinking during the exam except for water.
