The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has extended the Round 5 college reporting deadline to August 20, 2025 (5 PM). Candidates must report to the allotted institutes with their seat allotment letter, admit card, rank card, and required documents.

The authority extends the reporting deadline for JEECUP 2025 Round 5 counselling till August 20, 5 PM. Candidates allotted a seat in the round 5 counselling have to carry certain documents while reporting. Check the list of documents required below.

The last date for college reporting for UP Polytechnic round 5 counselling has been extended

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has extended the deadline for college reporting for the JEECUP 2025 round 5 counselling. Candidates allotted seats in this round now have until August 20, 2025 (5 PM) to report to their respective institutes and complete the admission formalities. Reporting to the allotted institute is mandatory for students to confirm their admission. The reporting involves document verification at the institute level and confirmation of the seat acceptance by the student. The extension provided by the Council brings relief to those who could not make it within the previously scheduled deadline and were in a position to lose their allotted seats.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Candidates must carry the following documents in original along with self-attested photocopies:

  • JEECUP 2025 Rank Card and Admit Card
  • Seat Allotment Letter of Round 5
  • Provisional Allotment/Admission Letter downloaded from the counselling portal
  • Class 10th and 12th Marksheet and Certificates (as applicable)
  • Category/Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, and Character Certificate
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs
  • Fee Payment Receipt / Bank Challan

Candidates who fail to report by August 20 (5 PM) will lose their allotted seat, and the admission will stand cancelled. All certificates must be produced in original form for verification. Any discrepancy in documents may lead to the cancellation of candidature. Students are advised to keep extra photocopies of documents for the institute records.
