KCET 2025 Rectification Link Activated to Download Verification Slip at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in: Edit before July 4

The Karnataka Examinations Authority have activated the KCET 2025 rectification link for candidates to download their verification slip for KCET counselling 2025. Candidates must note that this is the last and final chance to correct the KCET 2025 application form. The KEA KCET 2025 edit link will remain active from July 1 to 4. Read below for more. 

The KEA online application form 2025 edit link is now activated at the KEA portal to download the correct KCET verification slip 2025. The offline verification, which was scheduled from July 2 to 4, has been cancelled and will now be held online for editing.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced that candidates appearing for UGCET 2025 need not visit the KEA office in Malleswaram, Bangalore, for verification slip corrections between July 2 and July 4, 2025. The authority has instead opened a KCET 2025 online correction facility from July 1 to July 4, providing candidates a final opportunity to rectify errors in their verification slips. The KCET 2025 application form edit link is now activated on the official website. 

The decision comes after numerous candidates and parents flagged issues with missing or incorrect information in the verification slips during the "Seat Allotment Manthana" programme held on June 28, 2025, across Karnataka. Many had requested that KEA provide an online correction facility, as several candidates had failed to utilise earlier correction opportunities.

KEA KCET 2025 application correction instructions

Candidates can access the KCET 2025 online application form edit facility to download the KCET verification slip 2025 from July 1 to 4 using their registration ID and password. The link is available at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Candidates facing issues related to Caste, Income, or 371(j) eligibility must enter the correct RD number during the correction window and subsequently download the new verification slip on July 5, 2025. Please note that no offline verification will be accepted at the KEA office in Bangalore.

Additionally, candidates under Clause 'a', whose study details have not been verified through SATS or who claimed Kannada Medium or Rural Study but did not verify the documents at their respective colleges, can upload the necessary documents online during the same correction window.

After the facility is completed, the KEA will soon announce the KCET 2025 counselling dates, which are expected to start in the first week of July 2025. Candidates are advised to keep all their documents and certificates ready. 

KEA’s move to shift the correction process online aims to ease the burden on candidates and avoid unnecessary travel, while ensuring accuracy in application records ahead of the KCET 2025 admission process.
