The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued an important notification for CBSE, CISCE, and other State Board candidates appearing for UGCET 2026. A short notice released by the exam body on their official X social media handle has shared that candidates whose Class 12 marks were revised following the 2026 revaluation process must submit their updated scores to KEA to secure their revised merit ranks.
To assist students, the KEA office will remain open on Sunday, July 5, with digital verification conducted via DigiLocker. Detail report below.

The KEA in an office tweet has mentioned that the physical submission window is strictly limited to three days: July 4, July 5, and July 6, 2026 also in a student-friendly move, KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna (IAS) confirmed that KEA office will remain fully operational on Sunday, July 5, to accommodate outstation students and heavy rush.

Guidelines for Candidates

In-Person Submission: Students must submit a physical copy of their revised mark sheet directly to the KEA Office, 18th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru.

DigiLocker Verification: The revised marks will only be considered after digital verification through the candidate's DigiLocker account. Merit rankings will be updated only after this cross-verification is complete.
KEA will release round 1 mock seat allotment results on July 6, 2026 after 11 AM candidates will then have a three-day modification window from 2 PM on July 6 until 10 AM on July 9, 2026, to make edits on their options. The final, first-round real seat allotment results will be officially declared on July 15, 2026, after 11 AM.
