MHT CET 2024 Registration: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has started the MHT CET 2024 registration from today. Candidates can apply for PCM courses through the official website of MAHACET at mahacet.org or cetcell.mahacet.org. The last date to fill out the MHT CET 2024 application form is March 1.

Those who have passed class 12 or will be appearing in the board exams in 2024 are eligible to apply for MHT CET 2024. However, students taking Class 12 exams this year must provide a pass certificate if they clear the MHT CET exams. As per the announced dates, MHT CET 2024 exam date for engineering is April 25 to 30, 2024 while for Pharmacy courses, the exam will be conducted from April 16 to 23. 

How to apply for MHT CET 2024?

The Maharashtra CET application form link has been activated at cetcell.mahacet.org. Candidates applying for MHT CET BTech can fill up the application form by following the steps provided below: 

Step 1: Go to the official website: cetcell.mahacet.org

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the MHT CET tab

Step 3: On the new page, click on the registration

Step 4: Register by entering all the asked details 

Step 5: Login, fill up the MHT CET application form, upload the documents and pay the fees 

Step 6: Submit the form and take a printout of it for future references 

What if a candidate appeared for JEE Main, do they still need to apply for MHT CET?

The non-Maharashtra state candidates who have JEE Main scores can skip MHT CET, as while allocating seats to them, scores of JEE Main will be given preference. They can directly register for CAP (centralised admission process), conducted by the state CET cell after the exam is over and the MHT CET results are announced.
