MHT CET 2026 Exam Date Clashes with BITSAT Session 1: What Options Do Students Have?
Engineering aspirants in the country are put in a spot as the MHT CET exam date 2026 for the first attempt clashes with the BITSAT 2026 session 1 exam. Both exams are crucial for students seeking admission to engineering programmes. The overlapping timelines of the two tests has created uncertainty for candidates who those appearing for both. With the slot booking scheduled much earlier than the expected release date for MHT CET, students now urge authorities to consider a change of dates.
The MHT CET 2026 exam date for PCM is April 11 to 19, for the first attempt. The BITSAT session 1 exam dates are April 15 to 17. The CET Cell is likely to release the MHT CET admit card in the first week of April. BITS Pilani will conduct the BITSAT 2026 slot booking for session 1 from March 27 to 31. So the slot booking cannot help to avoid exam date clash in this particular instance, as candidates will not have their MHT CET exam dates until then.
Because of this, students might end up choosing their BITSAT exam date on the same day, making it difficult for candidates to appear for both tests.
