UPTAC 2026 Registrations Soon; AKTU Launches New Counselling Website
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) will soon begin Uttar Pradesh B.Tech admissions 2026. The university has launched a new official portal at uptac.samarth.edu.in, where the latest information brochure is now available. Candidates must review this document thoroughly before registrations and the official schedule are announced.
AKTU conducts this centralised counselling for first-year and second-year lateral-entry UG programs across all affiliated colleges, constituent institutes, and other state universities. Admissions are strictly based on national-level entrance exam scores, including JEE Main, CUET (UG/PG), and NATA.
The UPTAC 2026 counselling typically features five regular rounds alongside two special rounds. To successfully secure admission, eligible candidates must complete the following steps online:
- Registration & Uploads: Create a profile on the Samarth portal and submit the required certificates.
- Verification: Await official digital approval of uploaded documents.
- Choice Filling: Select and lock preferred institutional and branch choices.
- Seat Allotment: View system-allocated college results.
- Willingness & Payment: Submit seat willingness options and pay the seat confirmation fee to finalise admission.
