The Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has announced the UPTAC 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result on its official counselling portal. Candidates who participated in the second round of Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) can now check their allotment status by logging in with their Registration Number OR Registered Email and password.

Candidates who have secured a seat must carefully review the allotment details and complete the admission process within the stipulated timeline. They are required to:

• Pay the seat acceptance fee online. If already paid in round 1, no need to pay again.
• Choose the willingness option: Freeze (accept the allotted seat) or Float (participate in the next round for better preference).

Who Can Participate in the Next Round - UPTAC Round 3?

Candidates who have selected the Float option after accepting their allotted seat will be considered for subsequent counselling rounds. Those who were not allotted any seat in Round 2 will also be eligible to participate in the upcoming round, subject to the counselling schedule and seat availability.
