The Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) is set to release the round 3 seat allotment results for UPTAC 2026 tomorrow, July 30, on the official counselling portal, uptac.samarth.edu.in.

The UPTAC counselling 2026 round 3 seat allotment will be based on the candidate's JEE Main 2026 rank, category, reservation criteria, seat availability, and the choices filled during counselling. Those who are allotted a seat must complete the subsequent admission formalities within the specified schedule to retain their assigned seat.

Candidates who completed the UPTAC 2026 registration, document verification, and choice filling process will be able to check their Round 3 allotment status by logging in with their registration number or registered email.

How to Check UPTAC 2026 Round 3 Seat Allotment Result

Candidates can follow these steps to download the allotment result:

  1. Visit the official UPTAC counselling website atย uptac.samarth.edu.in.
  2. Click on the loginย link.
  3. Log in using the registration number/email ID and password.
  4. The allotted institute and branch will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download the allotment letter and take a printout for future reference.

Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat must complete the seat acceptance process by paying the required fee and selecting one of the following options: "Freeze" or "Float," within the specified deadline.

Those who choose "Freeze" will confirm their allotted seat and will exit further rounds of counselling. On the other hand, candidates who select "Float" will remain eligible for seat upgradation in Round 4.

Candidates who do not receive a seat in Round 3 or who wish to seek a better allotment can participate in the upcoming counselling rounds according to the revised UPTAC 2026 schedule.

UPTAC Counselling 2026 Physical Reporting

Candidates who receive a seat and freeze their allotment must report to the college from August 4 to 7. Those who have paid the Seat Confirmation fee are required to attend in person with their original documents and institute fees.

After reporting, candidates may opt for internal sliding based on their earlier choices. Any seats that remain vacant after this process will be available in the Open Category for new allotments.
