VITEEE 2021 counselling for Phase 1 has started. Read to know steps for choice filling and more information.

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has commenced the VITEEE 2021 counselling process for Phase 1. Candidates who secured a rank between 1 – 20,000 can now participate in the choice filling process on the official website – vit.ac.in. The final date to submit the preference of courses and campuses is June 22, 20221. Payment of the VITEEE 2021 counselling fee was accepted till June 20.

Steps for VITEEE 2021 choice filling

Candidates can follow the given steps for VITEEE 2021 choice filling:

• Go to the official website – vit.ac.in
• Click on the results link
• Candidates will have to log in using their VITEEE 2021 application number and password.
• After logging in, click on the ‘Choice Filling’ tab.
• Selection of courses and campuses has to be done in the order of preference.
• Candidates will have to make the selection from the available seats.
• Candidates will also be able to delete or edit the order of their preferences.
• After the selection process is completed, the candidates will be able to check their list of preferences through the ‘Registered Choices’ tab.

Candidates are advised to choose as many colleges and campuses as possible to raise their chances of admission. The choice filling process should be completed before the final date since the authorities will not provide any extension.

VITEEE 2021 seat allotment result for Phase 1 will be announced on June 24 in online mode. Candidates will have to check the allotment result and confirm their admission by paying the required fee. 

VITEEE 2021 was held on May 28, 29 and 31 and a re-exam was conducted on June 10. Candidates were able to check their secured rank through the VITEEE 2021 result, which was declared on June 12.
