It is expected that JEE Main 2021 session 4 exam will get further delayed due to ongoing CBI investigation of alleged cheating in the exam.

The NTA will announce JEE Main result 2021 for session 4 exam on September 14 or 15, said Higher Education Secretary Amit Khare. The result was slated to be declared by September 10, delayed to September 13 however, JEE Main 4th attempt result is still not released. With result announcement getting delayed, students are taking out to twitter and other social media platforms asking NTA “When will JEE Main result 2021 be announced?”

JEE Main scam 2021, which was unearthed recently with many centres in Haryana under its radar of indulgence in the alleged cheating in the exam, there are reports that result can get further delay. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is currently investigating the case and has found that exam consoles and computers at the Sonepat exam centre were hacked and remotely controlled from Jamshedpur in Jharkhand.

Will JEE Mains result be declared today?

As said by Higher Education Secretary, JEE Mains 2021 result for session 4 will be declared on September 14 or 15. JEE Advanced registration will begin soon after the declaration of JEE Main result 2021 session 4. The result will be available online on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in. Students are advised to keep checking this page regularly for updates on JEE Main 4th attempt result.

What can happen in case alleged cheating scandal is found true?

As per rules, NTA has the power to cancel the result of JEE Main of students who had practised any unfair measures during the exam. The rules allow the NTA to either not declare the result or even cancel it after declaration. In the ongoing case, the number of students who benefitted from the alleged hacking of the exam centre has not been revealed. If caught, the candidate will also be legally prosecuted. The candidate would be debarred from appearing in the exam for three years and shall also be liable for criminal action and /or any other action as deemed fit, as per the rules set by the NTA.

When will NTA declare JEE Main result 2021 session 4?

The NTA has not informed JEE Main result 2021 date and time. The result was earlier slated to be announced by September 10 as JEE Advanced registration was to begin from September 11. The result was however not declared and starting date for registration of JEE Advanced was postponed to September 13 afternoon. It is now expected that JEE Main 4th attempt result will be declared anytime soon today since JEE Advanced registration has to begin.

With each passing day, students are becoming anxious due to delay in announcement of JEE Main 2021 result. Many students and students organizations are asking NTA and other related officials about JEE Main 2021 result date and time.

JEE Main 2021 session 4 exam was held on August 26, 27, 31 and September 1, 2. After a day of conclusion of exam, news of alleged cheating in JEE Main exam centre in Sonepat was reported. The CBI is investigating the alleged cheating and this has been a reason for delay in the announcement of result.

The NTA  has not informed JEE Main 2021 result date and time. JEE Main 4th attempt result will be declared online on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in. Candidates will be required to login in the official website using their application number and date of birth for checking their score card. Details of candidate's percentile score, JEE Main cutoff and All India Rank will be mentioned in JEE Main result 2021. Candidates scoring above JEE Main cutoff will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced for admission in IITs. Admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs will be based on All India Rank of JEE Main 2021.
