APLAWCET 2020 and PGLCET 2020 likely to be held on August 6, Check here

APSCHE will conduct AP Law CETs for undergraduate and postgraduate courses on August 6. Read official notification here. 

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released a notification stating exam date of all its Common Entrance Tests (CETs) including, AP LAWCET 2020 and AP PGLCET 2020. The exam for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate law courses is scheduled to be held on August 6 as of now. Earlier, the entrance exams - APLAWCET 2020 and PGLCET 2020 were scheduled to be held on May 8, however, it got postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown across the country. APSCHE has since then extended the last date of application without at least three times. Now, the candidates can apply for AP LAWCET 2020 and AP PGLCET 2020 until May 20 without late fee.

APSCHE is yet to announce the detailed exam schedules for APLAWCET 2020 and, PGLCET 2020. The responsibility of conducting the law entrance exams for Andhra Pradesh lies with Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuram. The exams will be held in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at various test centres across the regions of the state.

Coronavirus pandemic that started spreading in the country in late February, due to which many competitive exams have been deferred or rescheduled. Moreover, some of the testing authorities are conducting entrance exams in a home-based online test due to COVID-19 lockdown. However, APSCHE has not announced any change in the mode of examination as yet. 

The revised exam date of AP LAWCET 2020 and PGLCET 2020 have been decided after analysing the COVID-19 situation, however, it can be postponed as well if new cases keep increasing in the county or the state. APSCHE is following the guidelines of the state as well as, central government to contain the spread of Coronavirus.
